Situated 10 km from the west gate of Algonquin Park, and an easy drive from both Huntsville and Dorset, our fully equipped house-keeping cottages are your ideal home-away-from-home while exploring Muskoka and the Algonquin Highlands.

GREAT FOR RAINY DAYS, OR RELAXING OUT OF THE SUN FOR A WHILE. 
LOUNGE CAN ALSO BE USED FOR PRIVATE FAMILY OR GROUP GET TOGETHERS OR ACTIVITIES.

 Each of our nine house-keeping cottages comes with a fully equipped kitchen, a gas BBQ, a television set and a gas fireplace. Swim or play on the safe sandy beach, paddle the picturesque Oxtongue River to Ragged Falls, or simply enjoy the views across Oxtongue Lake.

Lakewoods Cottage Resort is a cozy and casual family-owned and family-operated cottage colony, and is open year round. Pets are accepted on approval during the off-season only.
