Our winterized house-keeping cottages each have a fully equipped kitchen, a gas fireplace, a television set, a gas BBQ, a picnic table, and views of Oxtongue Lake.
Seasons: Lakewoods Cottage Resort is open all year.

Taxes: 13% HST is payable in addition to the rates quoted.
Deposit: If you cancel at least two months prior to your arrival date, your deposit will be refunded less an administration charge of $30.00. For weekend or daily rentals the cancellation policy is 2 weeks in advance of arrival date or one night is charged to the credit card that was used to hold the cottage booking . Cottages are rated for a maximum number of guests and no extra guests above the maximum are allowed to stay overnight. Registered guests that want to have guests visit during the day must inform management. All water craft and equipment are for registered guests only and not for use by day visitors.

Pets: Pet fees upcharge of $15.00 per night per dog. Pets must be controlled, on a leash and cleaned up after by the owner. If a pet is disturbing other guests, the owner will be asked to board their pet at a kennel at their own expense.
